Performax Stage 1 plus: 
Performance Engineering Recreational Cylinder Porting:
Adding a Performax Stage 1 recreational cylinder porting to a Stage Zero kit results in an astonishing 1.2 second reduction in 0-50 mph acceleration times while adding 2-3 mph in peak top speed. Power increases to 170hp while reliability is as good or better than the stock watercraft. Exhaust ports and intake transfer ports are siamized (for consistant flow rates from cylinder to cylinder). We change the shape of the exhaust port slightly while removing casting flaws. This results in a fatter powerband, with the largest increases in the 3500 to 5700 rpm range. On the dyno, an 8-10hp gain is typical at 7100 rpm. We will offer this service as part of the stage 1 kit and as a stand alone modification for our customers who have purchased parts elsewhere.

Solas "Dyna-Fly" Custom 16/21 Impeller
To harness all the power and to provide increased performance at all rpm ranges, our custom bend Solas Dyna-Fly 16-21 impeller is the only choice for our Stage 1 Performax kit. We blue print the Solas impeller and have the trailing edge of the impeller repitched for a dramatic difference over the stock impeller. Sorry, no outside parts sales on this product. Our custom bend Solas 16-21 Dyna-fly is only available with either the Stage Zero, 1, 2, or 3 "Performax" performance package.

Not for the faint of heart, when adding the Factory pipe tripes to our Stage 1 kit, your 0-60 mph acceleration will drop to 4.4 seconds or better with an exhilerating 76+ mph top speed to an Ultra 150. Our FPP triple pipe kits are sold exclusively WITH our Stage 3 "Performax" performance kit. Sorry, no outside part sales on this product.

Kawasaki Ultra 150 Engine Modifications 
Nothing is more critical to performance than proper engine preparation. The key to our success is our total approach to engine development. We have invested thousands of hours both on the dyno and on the water testing engine combinations so you don't have to. The results are phenominal! We use only the finest machines and tools to prepare our Power Packages. The crankshaft is carefully trued and then welded for reliability. The crankcases are ported to enhance fuel delivery. The exhaust and transfer port shapes are precisely re-shaped to match our Dry Pipe exhaust system and bead-blasted for optimal flow. All Speedwerx Power Packages utilize flat-top pistons for maximum power.
